Cancelling Orders

Any order made can be
cancelled within 7 days of the order date - we will reimburse
your money in full (except for postage & packing) within 7 days of you
notifying Taranet of your wish to cancel your order.

The cost of returning
goods will not be paid by Taranet under any circumstance.

If goods have already
been shipped to you, they must be returned in a resaleable condition immediately
on notifying Taranet that you wish to cancel your order. We reserve
the right to only refund part of the payment until receipt of the returned
item, to cover any damage.

a cancellation either by emailing shop@taranet.co.uk
or by writing to the address provided below.
Refunds

All other items (not FLP), may only be returned for a refund within 30 days of
purchase.

Goods must be returned in
excellent and original condition.

We will refund your money
within 7 days of the item being returned to Taranet.

Exchanging goods
Only goods purchased from
Taranet will be processed for a refund/exchange.
